Role Overview:

We're seeking a dynamic and proactive Sourcer to collaborate closely with internal consultants on client assignments. Using a variety of online channels, your main objective will be to map the market, craft precise outreach strategies, and cultivate a pipeline of highly qualified candidates perfectly aligned with the assignment's requirements and specifications.

Responsibilities:

- Foster close collaboration with Recruitment Consultants to gain a thorough understanding of client needs and assignment requirements. Provide regular updates on candidate sourcing efforts and offer valuable insights to optimize searches.
- Employ a diverse range or sourcing techniques and leverage various online platforms to construct targeted talent pipelines tailored to specific requirements.
- Craft compelling and nurturing messaging across multiple channels – including emails, phone calls, and professional social media platforms such as LinkedIn – to ensure a memorable first impression with prospective candidates.
- Adopt a proactive approach to talent sourcing while also being responsive to immediate needs, establishing ongoing pipelines to meet recurring client requirements.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity, proactively identifying business lead generation opportunities and funnelling them to Recruitment Consultants for further action.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in recruitment, hospitality, sales, or in a similar client interfacing / KPI driven field.
- Exceptional time management skills, comfortable managing multiple assignments simultaneously, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to anticipate challenges and proactively find solutions.
- Proficiency in recruitment tools and online platforms/databases is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and able to build rapports with colleagues and prospects alike.
- Native or near native level English, verbal and written.
