On behalf our client in Industry, we are currently looking for a HR Operations Specialist 80-100%. This is a permanent position based in Canton Lucerne. You will join a team of 3 HR Specialists. The position is available as soon as possible.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Implementing diverse HR administrative matters such as employment contracts, personnel changes, employment references and obtaining permits
• Understanding, designing and optimizing of HR processes and support their digitalization.
• Handling the administrative matters for temporary employees and are in contact with the personnel service providers.
• At ease with statistics updates plus supporting internal users in various programs.
Your profile:
• Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
• A least 4 years of professional experience in an administrative interface function in human resources in a medium-sized company.
• Strong understanding of processes and quickly recognize connections.
• Enjoy using your in-depth knowledge of data evaluation and aggregation for statistics.
• Basic commercial training with further training to become an HR specialist.
